Breath-work and self connection is an exercise and on going practice that supports self expansion, self awareness, and self-regulation, providing a holistic connection within the mind, body and emotions, enabling you to have a relationship with yourself, that supports your everyday functioning and life management.
Breath-work is a mindful connection with the body that supports self-understanding and self-regulation.
Breath-work alleviates anxiety and stress, while assisting with sleep and concentration.
Breath-work instigates relaxation, combined with self connection to achieve an overall wellness in the body and mind.
Breath-work exercises, support oxygen intake and lung expansion, reduces blood pressure, assists with posture and expanding the body to release contraction and tension in the body’s frame, muscular and endocrine systems and opens and improves cognitive functioning.
Breath-work encourages the body’s systems to flow, achieving a supportive process to assist with healthy body functioning
Self connection practice, is an awareness of self, understanding how the body functions and responds, each of us are unique and reacts to different situations and stimuli differently - understanding personal rhythm, reactions, responses and personal intricacies, supports self regulation and management of stresses, pains, issues, emotional responses and reactions, and to be how to be mindful and self supporting of what you are experiencing or needing, with out panic or fear.
Combining the learning of effective breathing and understanding the body and its physical responses, allows for an expanded and self-supportive management technique to alleviate anxieties, stresses, pains, and confused or over thinking, while promoting self-regulation and wellness.
